County MPs meet Roads Minister over A5 concerns

Leicestershire MPs Alberto Costa (South Leicestershire) and Dr Luke Evans (Bosworth) met with the Road Minister, Baroness Vere, earlier this week in order to discuss safety concerns raised over the A5.

Young Conservative Elected in Earl Shilton

Today has seen a by-election for the Westfield ward of Earl Shilton Town Council, following the decision by sitting councillor Angie Williams to stand down for health reasons.

The election results announced this evening were:-
